Lexi Gail is a native of Tampa, Florida with a love for music that stems from her earliest memories. Growing up, she was a very active child and involved in theater, film, and vocal performance.

As a singer and songwriter at her essence, she has always had a passion to put the human condition into words and inspire those around her to live to their fullest potential.

Her platform continues to grow on the premise of acceptance, education, awareness, and personal growth in all categories. Health has become a pillar of focus in her journey and throughout the last several years, she has become a safe space for many friends and strangers to seek knowledge and refuge.

She has become a voice for world betterment in the form of energy conservation and sustainability over the years and her message perfectly aligns with YEI’s mission.

Her hobbies include acting, dancing, recycling, fitness, and most any creative or athletic endeavor.

Marc founded Youth Energy Initiative (YEI) in 2004 as an all volunteer side hobby and continues to lead the organization today. Marc is an ardent promoter of green and renewable technologies that contribute to a sustainable planet.

While Marc’s career has been technology focused, he always shared a love for entertainment from his youngest years. Marc is a lefty-righty, who balances his love of technology with the arts. His light bulb moment came when he visited schools to promote energy conservation with his team of comedic mascots; the energy level of the kids went through the roof. The power of entertainment for educational purposes was the key, and Youth Energy Initiative was born.

Marc is an accomplished speaker, presenting at numerous national and international conferences spanning over 30 years. As a technology innovator, his patented inventions have contributed to saving billions of Kilowatt-hours of electricity.

Marc has overseen Youth Energy Initiative change over the years from mascots to animated energy superheroes to modern day media and blogging for reaching out, but entertainment remains at the core of YEI.

In his spare time Marc enjoys water activities, ice hockey, dabbling in Improv, and seeking out other non-profit organizations that support youth betterment.

Paula has always pursued a personal mission to understand physical health, general wellness, and sustainable solutions that preserve our bodies.

Inspired by her experiences as a caregiver to several relatives, Paula decided to go back to school and graduated at the top of her class as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer in 2016. However, her primary skill set comes from 27 years of operations experience building several companies from the ground up.

She can excel at just about any aspect of the business world and has a bright spirit to match her passionate outlook on life.

Her altruistic perspective stems from a deep desire to not only experience a healthy, educated, and thriving family system of her own, but to see that experience become much more universal for those around her. She is very passionate about world betterment and energy conservation.

Knowledge is power and something that Paula firmly believes is a human right as well. Her deep and disciplined pursuit of health makes her a valuable member of this team.

Her hobbies include medical research, mental health research, nutrition & supplementation, functional medicine/naturopathic, fitness, crafts, live music, beach and sunshine, and a little shopping. :)
